How to Determine and Push Past What Limits You

What Condemns You to an Inner "Dead Zone"

Core fear frustrates and freezes us in stuck, static, and constantly stirred-up positions that unfortunately lead us nowhere.  These form false limits that can keep us in our own self-created dead zone for indefinite periods of time.
 
How can we push past what so tragically and stupidly limits us?  Here is a simple, key writing exercise to reveal your toxic limits and how to rise beyond them to achieve your dreams:
 

Five Revealing Steps to Transcend and Create Your Best Dreams

Step 1.
Draw a line down the middle of a blank sheet of paper.  Then think of a goal that you want from the bottom of your heart.
 
Step 2.
Write it down in the present tense on the left side of the paper.  Now begin to note whatever thoughts come up as reasons why you don't have that goal, and even why it seems you may never have that goal.
 
Step 3.
List all these reasons, one at a time and separately, on the right side of the paper until you can't think of any more reasons "why not".
 
Step 4.
Now on a clean sheet of paper, referring to those reasons, write each one of them as their exact opposite, begining each item with the phrase, "I achieve".  
 
Step 5.
Read through everything you've written and then record your insights.  You have revealed to yourself your heart's visions, the limits of your own fear-based judgment which keep you in a "dead zone", and a higher direction which allows and supports your spirit's right to soar to freely and powerfully dare to create what you want and soulfully deserve to have.
 

The Other Core Limit

Blame, or unforgiving responses as signals to what is incomplete emotionally, and the center which prodoundly and tragically limit us, are even more destructive.  They blast us out of the "dead zone" and into a static and infinite hell, which corrodes our hearts and our visions.
 
The word "sin" means "missing the mark" from its Hebrew roots.  To behave towards ourselves and each other in such a way that we would  call "wrongdoing" is evidence that that behavior has "missed the mark".
 
It is simply ignorant.  Here is another 5-step writing exercise to release blame and rise beyond unforgiving, incomplete responses to receive successful miracles in your life:
 
Five Healing Steps to Free and Recover Yourself and Experience Your Best Life
 
Step 1.
Consider what and who you blame.  On a blank sheet of paper begin to list these.
 
Step 2.
Take your time, and be as ruthlessly honest with yourself as possible to best complete this list.  When you've finished, title it All That Is Unforgiven.
 
Step 3.
Now go back to the beginning, and before every item on the list, write the phrase, I'm called to forgive this "missing the mark" episode in my life, to release and set myself free . . .  Again, take your time to "work your way" down the list, being as present as you can with whatever feelings come up.
 
Step 4.
Affirm that whatever these feelings are, they describe the stages of grief as denial, bargaining, anger, hopelessness/helplessness, and acceptance; and in naming them as such, you honor your central loss in each episode.  Record what happens throughout this reflective process.
 
Step 5.
Settle back, close your eyes, and allow your breath to quite easily and naturally deepen.  Imagine how easily you can ask to be led through your flowing breath to your highest, freest inner space.  As this occurs, say to yourself, I choose to begin again, blank and free to trust my power to create.
 

The Gift of Your New Voyage to a Creative, Open Present

This is your central challenge: to dare commit to following the visionary path of your heartfelt dreams, accepting a free present by becoming aware that you do have the power to create this transcendant space beyond the constructed, unfinished business of your loss and fear.  You have found a new path beyond what you have just completed.

Life isn't fair - and what you can do about it

Is it Enough to Do Our Best to Deal with the 'Hand of Cards' We've Been Dealt?

 

Who said life was fair?  It isn't, within its "blow-by-blow" unfolding events   It doesn't take a rocket scientist, as the saying goes, to figure out through simply looking around and noting accordingly that for many people - maybe for everyone - life isn't fair.

 

In the movie Lord of the Rings the wizard Gandalf offers the following advice to the hero Frodo's comment that strongly implies life isn't fair:  All we can do is deal the best we can with the hand of cards we've been dealt.  The key question that then comes to my mind is, Is this, then, enough?

 

Let Be and Let Go to Surrender to Your Own Place of Greater Becoming

 

Here is my Centering exercise to be able to transcend the understandable despair and hopelessness you feel when life has dealt you a hard blow which really isn't fair.  It focuses on being able to get a clear look on the "hand of cards you were dealt" and allow this focus to transcend and empower you from a place of faith in yourself, as the whole person that you're becoming.

 

Settle back, then, in a comfortable, supported position where your spine is aligned, close your eyes, and allow your breath to deepen.  Count to yourself ten full, deep easy breaths.  As you inhale, say to yourself this phrase, I let be.  As you exhale, say to yourself this phrase,  I let go.

 

Know the Hand of Cards You've been Dealt to Best Transcend

 

Then ask yourself in this deeply reflective place you're found your way to, this question, What is the hand of cards I've been dealt in my life?  How does this hand of cards look now?  Imagine you can see your own "hand", and focus centrally on each card that you imagine placing before you.  See it, hear its message, allow it to touch you, smell it through all your inner senses.    Then open your eyes and record your experience.

 

Finally, settle back once more into this deeper reflective space of focus, and ask to be be shown all the ways your life isn't fair.  Hold this focus until you have a sense that feels like a sense of completion for now.

 

Your Gift of Healing and Transcendence

 

Now ask yourself the following question, How can I right now choose to more greatly love?   LIsten to whatever comes up by way of inner response and once more, record your qeustions.     

 

Now consider:  Are you courageous enough to dare to choose to seize all presenting opportunities to more greatly love?  List what comes up inside you that you know in your heart of hearts is right, and dare to  commit to carrying these directives out NOW. 

 

Your Higher Power Never Requires You "Go It Alone"

 

Love means surrender to a higher power.  Love means being completely honest with yourself and how to rightly communicate with others. 

 

Love means facing where you are and how you got there.  Love means "putting your money where your mouth is" and unconditionally accepting your responsibility to be "response-able", trusting no matter what, you will still have the wherewithal to survive and prosper through being willing to express yourself as the unique and exquisitely beautiful channel of individuated divine consciousness.

The Only Way to Erase Fear in Your Life

The Only Thing Within Us That Stops and Threatens Us

Fear is the most basic and challenging reactive emotion we possess.  It centrally stimulates the "flight-fight" response, which throws us into being singularly tied to whatever self-determined threat to our survival we perceive, creating overwhelming stress and "dis-ease" in our lives.
 
I think fear is the only reason we are stopped from courageous choice-making, creative problem-solving, and being our own best, most free selves.  How can we successfully and reliably overcome it?
 
Fear Destroys Trust and Self-Respect
 
The truthful answer is just that - by being completely honest with ourselves, and facing it.  This requires a level of emotional trusting beyond "flight or fight", which is a clear act of faith.
 
When we feel threatened, we can easily feel hopeless.  When we feel hopeless it is easy to think our only choice is to "settle" for what in our heart of hearts we know is not what we really want, need, or can truly live with ourselves from a place of inner strength and respect.
 
Emotional Honesty Brings Miracles and Resolution
 
When we admit to ourselves that we are afraid, and allow ourselves to fully experience, in the depth of our feelings, the center of our fear, that fear is finally allowed to express and release itself.  When that happens something quite miraculous occurs - the door opens to our own innate insight and higher guidance.
 
We become, in transition, our own spiritual center.  That center then becomes for us in turn a radiating source of higher power and transformation, both within and in unexpected ways, through the circumstances of our life.
 
Facing Our Fears Heals and Transforms Us
 
We do, then, "get through it" - typically never as we expect, and with many spiritual and maturational gifts of wisdom, support and development.  Our lives can solidly become better, and we become more than we were before being so challenged.
 
Fear in all of these ways is a great gift of learning and empowerment, which doesn't change how threatening it is.  How can we then face our fears?
 
The Best Five-Minute Investment You'll Ever Make for Emotional and Creative Freedom 
 
I developed a five-minute guided meditation and journaling exercise called Five Steps to Erase Fear as a simple, complete guide to express and allow fear, whenever it occurs, to release itself; even more importantly, to yield to you its critical insights to strengthen and transformationally support you to experience real resolution.  I use it a great deal in my Centering practice and in my life, with consistent and spectacular results.
 

I believe it is the best five-minute gift you can ever give yourself for self-healing, development, empowerment and happiness in your life.   Here are the five steps, each one minute long:

Minute One - Settle back into a comfortable, relaxed position, close your eyes, and take several deep, cleansing breaths.  Then ask yourself the following question:  In this moment, what am I most afraid of?

Minute Two - Record whatever response comes up, briefly answering these questions:  Who, What, Where, When, Why and How's this fear?

Minute Three -  Once more settle back, close your eyes, and allow your breath to fully deepen.  Imagine you can allow yourself to be drawn deeply within to wherever you sense the fear exists, and truly experience it.

Minute Four - When you feel a sense of completion, ask the fear to completely release itself from you, and then once more record this experience.

Minute Five - Open your eyes and read through everything you've written.  Ask yourself, what is the most honest, highest, clearest choice I can now make to experience real resolution?  Listen to whatever comes up by way of response and record it - trusting this is your real path to erase your fear, best resolve what challenges you, and strengthen, trust and develop yourself for best outcomes.

May your life journeys become lighter and higher, and may you correspondingly and compassionately "light the way" for everyone you touch to be so helped and inspired.  In these intense and challenging times, I think we are all, especially spiritual seekers, so profoundly and equally intensively affected, and so our fear is "stirred up".
 
Old and new fears combine to form a suffocating and deadly combination.  We do, though, possess the innate emotional and spiritual will to bring ourselves to, in facing and staying present, become more alive and able to seize our moments, come clear to go where we choose, and share in loving, daring and honest spaces without agenda.

What happens when I purchase one or more of your digital goods? When may I download it?

After you purchase a downloadable item, you will receive an email from Payloadz which will include contact information and the link from which you may download your product. You should receive the email immediately after the transaction has been verified by PayPal. PayPal transactions usually only take a few moments unless additional verification is needed. If you don’t receive an email from Payloadz with the download link, please first check your spam folder in case it was mistakenly flagged as spam, and second contact web support.

How come I have trouble downloading a digital good?

There are a number of reasons why you might have trouble downloading a digital product you purchased. Your web browser’s security settings may be too high, or you may have waited too long to access the purchase link emailed to you via Payloadz. These are some of the reasons. Rest assured, we have resolved 100% of downloading issues, and it does not occur often (i.e. don’t expect to have a problem, but if you do, we’ll resolve it usually within 24-48 hours).

If you have technical issues, please email us about it and we’ll get back to you ASAP (within 1-2 business days, usually less).

If you cannot download a digital product you purchased and we cannot resolve the matter through Payloadz, we have alternative methods to deliver your purchase.
