When You Lose Your “Track” You Lose Yourself

In the recent survey so many of you completed through subscribing to the Centering Tools newsletter, you talked a lot about your struggles with “staying on track” – how the “little (and not so little!) things throw you off.  When that happens, we lose our “center”, which rapidly becomes losing our sense of self.

It is so easy to do these days!  Sometimes we lose so much we forget what our “track” is, which makes us much more vulnerable to being “captured” and switched to someone or something else’s “track”.

Ten Tips to Stay On Your Track

How often do you hear the phrase “staying on track”?  This is how I’ve come to define the real directive and meaning of “your track”:

1.  Your “track” is what you love and are easily, centrally passionate about.

2.  It is what you have an intuitive understanding about.

3.  It is what gives you energy – and sustains it.

4.  It is where you internally “settle in”.

5.  It feels like your central partner in life, as a quality.

6.  You have a sense you’re “meant” to do it; and in that context it “feels right”.

7.  “Magic” happens when you’re on your “track” – even miracles – there is a sense of life flowing, and you with it.

8.  Without it you feel some essential part of you is lost

9.   You always grow through it – and expand, as does your life.

10. It produces transformation – you become a different, better person and inspire others to do the same.

Recover Your Worth & Your True Power to Choose

Your “track” is the “track” of healing and success.  It is the track of greater wholeness and becoming.

Balance, satisfaction and joy come through staying on your track.  So ask yourself, is anything worth allowing yourself to be thrown off?

Can Yours and Others’ True “Tracks” Synchronize?

Of course, life seems to have its own multidimensional “track” that always best synchronizes with our own core destiny.  What we might call the universe, though, does, through its core, always support our “track” as it is defined above.

So the real focus is to “track” and confirm the “win-win” experiences – and share in all the “spoils” for your own and others’ best outcomes!  I offer you that challenge in creative thinking as your best “track” to discovery and resolution – Namaste, Marjorie

Can You Really Give Up Control?

Here’s The Real Truth

I think if we could centrally break the delusion that so pervasively exists in our world about control, we could truly become, and exist, in an enlightened world.  I continue to work intensively with clients around debunking this goofy and tragic myth that sends people on all kind of tail-chasing, destructive and addictive journeys.

To cut to the chase:  there is no control.  It doesn’t exist.

Explore Your Sacred Trinity of Development

What does exist, as I continue to extensively repeat and explore as a new universe of self-healing and development in my work, is the following sacred trinity, as I call it:

*personal power

*freedom to choose

*heightened awareness

How to Access Infinite Self-Healing

I tell clients if they feel caught in a struggle over control, to try to substitute all of these phrases instead, and see what opens up for them by way of insight, higher direction, and self-healing.  On that note I invite you to do the following:

Settle back into a deeply relaxed, open state by allowing your breath to deepen and your body to release tension and settle back comfortably into a comfortable, supported position.  Close your eyes and more and more greatly allow yourself to become part of your easy, free, open breaths – this essence, light rhythm that flows and goes all around and through you now.

The Central Way to Transcend Needing to Control

In this flowing state, consider your sense of personal power, freedom to choose, and heightened awareness.  Does it seem in this moment anything interferes with these states?

What about a sense of control?  Does it matter?  Does it exist?  If it does, it truly interferes with the above expanded states of being, synchronizing with your own authentic spirit and well creating in the world you live in.

Three Key Points of Focus to Produce “Win-Win”

Can you consider all choices not as producing less or more control, but instead as supporting more personal power, freedom to choose, and heightened awareness?  Three key points of focus combine completely as the necessary elements to transform, let go and let be, and allow greater wholeness – our “primary directive” as spiritual beings of multidimensional consciousness adventuring here on the earth place.

We are here to support our greater good without excluding anyone, anything, and especially ourselves.  This vision and mission always produces “win-win” solutions that can only reveal themselves through staying present courageously and with compassion as the ongoing “observer-active participant” throughout a whole unfolding journey of becoming.

Uncover and Heal Your Greatest Conflict

Are You Your Own Worst Bully?

Over and over again in my work with clients, we uncover what is an overwhelmingly common core conflict.  It always comes down to fundamentally not accepting yourself.

From this awareness we then link and understand that this is delusional and bullying behavior that sets the stage for further violating, blaming, victimizing, rationalizing, and addictive responses.

Can Self-Acceptance Be the Key to Becoming Whole?

To have a part of oneself refuse to wholly accept logically makes no sense, for we are who and what we are.  How sad that others see this as so obvious, and the individual stays so unaware, so conflicted!

Louise Hay, in her classic self-help, recovery and spiritual development book You Can Heal Your Life, centrally focuses on unconditional self-acceptance as the key to all mind-body healing.  She recommends standing before a mirror and saying to your reflection, I love and accept you just as you are.  

My Five Key Questions to Reveal Core Conflict

Here are five key questions I’ve developed and recommend clients ask themselves to reveal core conflict:

1.  What do I feel most afraid of?

2.  What three people most hurt me in my life, and how?

3.  If I sense anyone doesn’t like me, why do I think that happens?

4.  If you could become someone different from who you feel you are, who would you be, and why?

5.  What do feel in your heart of hearts is unworthy about you? 

Here is Your Real Challenge to Accept

These are questions to reflect deeply on, from a place of tremendous willingness and honesty.  They open a therapeutic and integrative dialogue that can allow your authentic spirit to also reveal your higher self to you.

Recording your answers invites your “still, small voice” to offer its inspired insights and guidance to you.  My final recommendation, on that note, is to write the following phrase at the beginning of each of your above answers:  I accept that I . . .

Now you have formed the beginning foundation to love and awareness, which has no condition, no central conflict . . . extends within and without, to Self and Others . . . the all-one (a-lone) connection in the great infinite space in which we exist.

The Top Ten Tips For Win-Win Solutions

All Choices Are Either Win-Win or Lose-Lose

People fundamentally come to see me seeking win-win solutions.  I think all true solutions must be win-win – if not, they immediately and completely default to lose-lose.

I have come through the years of my practice to realize those are the only real choices and outcomes that occur.  Here, then, are my top ten tips to Win-Win, which always best work for you and whoever else you’re dealing with:

Ten Ways to Win-Win

1.  Be able to detach fully from your desired outcome.

2.  Acknowledge the full depth and breath of your feelings without condition or agenda.

3.  Decide from your deepest sense of being consciously aware of your integrity.

4.  Make the choice will allow you to fully look yourself in the mirror the next day.

5.  Dive as “deep as you can” into the core of your being to consider your sense of what really feels right to you, whether or not it makes you feel good or is convenient for you, or not – and carry out that choice.

6.  Consider, with maximum focus, your sense of potential and/or experienced loss – and fully feel all the accompanying sensations in your body, as well as whatever feelings emerge, without agenda or dictate.

7.  Reflect on what feels like the most compassionate choice you can make to yourself – and do it.

8.  Carry out the choice that feels like it produces, long-term, the greatest sense of freedom for you.

9.  Fully, directly answer the following questions as you consider the situation/challenge:  Who, What, Where, When, Why and How is this going on – and allow those answers to naturally and progressively shape your choice.

10. Look deep within and acknowledge your sense of your deepest fear – and consider and feel all that happens within you as you imagine choosing what you believe will produce that result.
