Wellness Transformation Fundraiser

I’m very excited to invite you to the second annual Centering for Wellness fundraiser, Fall Into Wellness, on Sunday, October 2 from 11 am-3 pm at Carmen Clark Lodge at The Brighton Town Park, 777 Westfall Road, Rochester, NY, 14620, to experience transformational wellness for yourself and your community.  Walk a labyrinth, get massages and Reiki, bid on an extensive silent auction,  and enjoy lunch from around the world to the beat of live music including jazz, pop and a ten year old rapper.  Get a Tarot reading and crystal consult and hear talks on holistic medicine, yoga, meditation, aromatherapy and journaling, all with extensive handouts.

Carmen Clark Lodge is a beautiful indoor/outdoor retreat in the heart of Rochester. Your $25 tax-deductible donation payable in  advance through www.centeringforwellness.org (PayPal) or mailing check payable to Centering for Wellness, PO Box 18356, Rochester, NY 14618 ($30 at the door) will support the mission of this organization that I founded in 2008: self-help tools to enhance quality of life and promote wellness transformation through holistic and empowerment programs for at-risk populations including veterans with PTSD, women and teens with cancer, improved care of the elderly, and victims of abuse.

Energetic Healing, Meditation and Dream Empowerment Workshops to Transform Your Life in Rochester, NY

MEDITATE IN MINUTES – In this dynamic and experiential class you will “reduce stress in an hour or less” and experience the healing, empowerment and centering that occurs from meditating. October 5 - ENERGETIC HEALING AND REIKI – Learn the basics of Reiki and hands-on healing to perform on yourself and others in this acclaimed workshop. October 26 - USE THE POWER OF YOUR DREAMS – Learn to successfully analyze and utilize the real message of your dreams for healing, empowerment and higher guidance. Dreams have long been understood to bring profoundly transforming messages to open insight and creativity – and experience healing. You will learn key ways to remember and record your dreams, the three central dimensions of meaning through which dreams speak to you and how to direct your dreams to effectively and inspirationally solve problems.
