How to Release Greater Compassion in Your Life In Order to Be More Greatly, Fully Present

When We Know What Gets in the Way of Being More Compassionate in Our Lives We Open The Door to Healing and Success

In my work lately with clients I have heard more and more, within their key processes of growth, emerging awareness about the transformational power of being more greatly and unconditionally present in their lives, to be able to truly find and respond from their inner sacred center.  As I energetically as well as therapeutically journey with clients on their own amazing journeys of healing and growth, I correspondingly experience my own related insights.

What I have been profoundly struck with through these synchronistic inner journeys, is the sense that, as we can discover whatever has gotten, and continues to get in the way of us being fully compassionate toward ourselves and others, specifically identifies what needs to be faced and expressed in order to heal and develop.  This recovery returns us to accept and own our divine free will, and therefore returns the power to, from our sacred center, evolve, expand and create in what we may sometimes call true purpose.

How to Find Your Own Inner Sacred Center

I invite you to join me in exploring and considering these central questions to see where you “light”, as it all unfolds.  Settle back, then, close your eyes in a comfortable, relaxed, supported position, and take several deep, cleansing breaths.

Imagine you are brought through the endless, even, light flow of your deep breath, very easily and naturally to your own sacred center deep within you.  Then imagine in this place any particular problem is now displayed, like a movie, clearly and completely before you – you simply settle back and observe it “play” itself through.

Let Your Inner Sacred Center Guide You to Your Real Place of Greater Compassion and Recovery

Now ask your sacred inner center to speak and show you, however it will, about whatever is getting in the way of you being more fully compassionate toward yourself and whatever, whoever, is part of this problem.  Simply imagine you settle back even deeper and listen – fully receiving whatever now occurs.

When you feel complete in this experience, thank your sacred center for all it has given and shown you here, knowing these connections stay, and you remember – and then easily and gradually return to full waking consciousness, and open your eyes.  Take a few moments to record your experience.

Now consider what you are moved to do to support yourself and how you are moved to respond as you return to living your life in greater compassion.  Record your reflective and intuitive vision as your current “business plan” to experiment with in the days ahead, with full commitment and openness . . .  and see what happens!        

How Free Are You to Pursue Your Dreams?

Align Yourself with Your Higher Power’s Faith and Trust in Your Power to Achieve Your Goals

Your dreams are really communications from your higher self in faith and trust in your power to create a better and more balanced life for yourself.  Although the details of your dreams may change as you grow, the themes don’t.

We dream in common themes that involve wanting love, safety, prosperity, freedom, fulfillment, healing, personal power, harmony and peace. These are inalienable rights – some of them specifically mentioned in The Declaration of Independence and US Constitution – and the central components of health, balance and service.

Not Pursuing Our Dreams Stops Us From Healthfully Living Our Lives

A lot can get in the way of pursuing, yet alone actualizing, our heart’s desires.  Personal, family and cultural conditioning, stress, tragedy, trauma, dis-ease of any sort, lifestyle/work/family requirements can all hugely seem to rob you of your path to pursue your dreams.

We aren’t happy being cut off from this core right and need that we are truly hard-wired to bring forth in our lives.  When we feel we aren’t at liberty to pursue our dreams, we incur a whole other level of stress and dis-ease which profoundly affects and compromises how we can be and create in the world.

Pursuing Our Dreams is a ‘Win-Win” for the World and Our Bodies, Minds and Spirits

When we wholly pursue our dreams we automatically offer desired service in the world.  We feel more correspondingly whole and fulfilled, energized from the true spiritual source of our dreams.

Pursuing our dreams is both a self-healing and empowering inner partnership that sets the stage for miracle-making.  For all these reasons, don’t say no anymore to pursuing your dreams!

Try My Top Ten Requirements to Get Yourself Going to Success!

Here are my top ten requirements that I have developed over all the years I have helped clients bring forth their dreams to pursue your heart’s desires:

1.   Dare to name what you really want in life without stuffing an opinion down your throat, heart and gut about whether some part of you thinks you deserve it, can ever achieve it, or how you think someone else feels or thinks about it.

2.   Notice how you feel when you write down, in the present tense, your dream.

3.   Spend some uninterrupted time reflecting and journaling about how you have throughout your life dealt with your dream.

4.   Now focus on the present and future – daydream about what you would do right now if you felt you were free to pursue your dream, and record your vision.

5.   List whatever you feel at the present, if anything, is getting in the way of you beginning to fully commit to pursue your dream.

6.   Now write every item on that list as its exact opposite; and then settle back in an open, reflective state and read what you’ve written, recording any insights that occur.

7.   Imagine you can most objectively and honestly, without any excuse-making, look into the core of your being and determine if any part of you feels within you are a victim, and journal about that awareness.

8.   Consider adults who delude themselves into calling themselves victims (adults are self-responsible – therefore they are not victims in their lives) cut themselves off from unconditionally and inspirationally pursuing their dreams; so decide how you will categorize yourself going forward in your life.

9.   Imagine, through allowing yourself to be drawn into a deeper meditative state, that you call on your sense of your higher power and spirit, asking your higher power and spirit to speak to you about key steps in successfully pursuing and actualizing your dreams and their support of your vision.

10. Record the above meditative experience, and greatly congratulate yourself on completing all of these steps – you deserve it as well as the manifestation of all your loving spirit’s dreams!

It’s All About Partnering

Now ask your higher power to partner up with you in these moments and intuitively list your next steps – your “business plan” – over the next 12 months to pursue your dreams . . . get going, you’re worth it!

Can You Give Up Perfection???

Are You Up to the Supreme Sacrifice?

Maybe it really is the supreme sacrifice.  Nothing really is, in analytical terms, perfect – nothing goes “perfectly”.

Life isn’t perfect. Death isn’t perfect. 

Nobody’s Perfect

Love isn’t perfect.  Work isn’t perfect. 

Health isn’t perfect.  We aren’t perfect.

Can You Face – Even Live with the Truth?

There really is no “complete”.  Can we really, truly live with all that?

In addictions therapy we deny all this at our peril – set ourselves up for own own horribly creative sabotage.  The great maturational challenge of our time is to understand the difference between accepting the world as it is in all its imperfection, and not linking or making that realization an excuse to run away from accepting and functioning responsibly.

A Way to Fundamentally Reflect to Accept Yourself and Others

What do you think would happen if you could come to a fundamental place of simply accepting that nothing about you, anyone else, or the world you live in, as well as your past, present or future is ever nor ever will be perfect?

I invite you to settle back and allow yourself and your body to ever more greatly let be . . . let go . . . surrendering to the freer, deeper, vastly unfolding power of your infinite breath . . . and simply consider the above question, letting it speak to you however it will.  When you feel complete in this experience for now, gently and easily return to full waking consciousness and open your eyes.

A New and Transcendent Definition of Responsibility to Be More Greatly and Freely Present

Take a few moments to record your reflections.  Where do they lead you?

Now once more settle back, close your eyes and allow your opening breath to draw you into deeper inner reflective space.  Say this phrase, I am fully, completely responsible to be present in my life.

Consider The Blueprint You Have Created to Develop and Move Forward

Experience what happens.  Again, when you feel complete in this reflection, very easily allow your breath to return you to full waking consciousness, and open your eyes.

Record your experience, and then take a few moments and read through all that you’ve written in describing both these meditative reflections.

Explore Your Higher Power to Create

What are you now moved to create in your life?  How are you inspired to be – to become?

You have just unleashed your core power to create and choose in your life from a fundamental reality base.  Take that “bull” (an ancient symbol of the divine feminine consciousness, paradoxically enough) by it symbolic “horns” and see where you charge.

Free Wellness Retreat for Women with Cancer to Celebrate National Survivors Day June 5, 2011

Cancer is such a complex, extended, life-threatening disease.  My not-for-profit organization established in 2008, Centering for Wellness, Inc., www.centeringforwellness.org, in its holistic vision to offer self-healing and empowerment classes to at-risk populations as an extension of my work in Centering Tools, is offering as a celebration of National Survivors Day on June 5 a free all-day nurturing empowerment retreat for women with cancer, in collaboration with The Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester.

This healing day from 9:45 am-3:00 pm at Carmen Clark Lodge at the Brighton Town Park, 777 Westfall Road, Rochester, NY 14620, includes lunch, mini-massages, facials and Reiki sessions.  Workshops include meditation, journaling, aromatherapy, Reiki and self-healing through grief, as well as identifying and exploring your own unique and emerging spirituality for self-healing and empowerment.
