My Top 10 Reasons to Be Grateful That I Belong in A Multidimensional Spiritual Universe

A most propitious Thanksgiving, now almost upon us.  Here is what most moves me as we enter this holiday season heralded by our national holiday for which we are to give thanks . . .

1 . . . That we exist.

2 . . . That we’re free to love.

3 . . . That we have the innate capacity to love.

4 . . . That we’re free to choose.

5 . . . That we have full capacity to create.

6 . . . That we carry within us as our indestructible essence the divine.

7 . . . That we are a uniquely exquisite expression of the divine consciousness, ever-developing, ever-expanding.

8 . . . That we are meant to share and honor with ourselves and each other in an endlessly abundant universe.

9 . . .  That we have the capacity to let go, and open greater space to be.

10 . .  That we have the capacity and responsibility to transcend, and are endlessly and divinely supported.

So . . . What Do You Think About All This?

I both invite and challenge you – which is what the universe continues to offer us adventuring souls incarnating on the earth plane looking for a hard, fast ride to healing and development – to settle back, enter into your own deep, reflective, intuitive space by taking several correspondingly deep, full, cleansing breaths – and once more read over the above list.  Notice which one “jumps out at you”. 

This is how your intuition well guides you to pick the one you are meant to activate in your life right now.  As this occurs, imagine it draws you into its energy. 

Accept the Spiritual Challenge to Accept the Gift as a Call to Action

Let it then speak to you as it will, and when you have a sense of completion with this focus, slowly and easily return to full, waking consciousness and open your eyes.  Record your experience.

Gifts are meant to be acknowledged through being accepted and correspondingly utilized,  I invite you, then, to equally consider, using your present intuition as your guide, how you can utilize presently in your life the above “gift” that chose You. 

Write the particular title, and then list your corresponding intent.  This is how you let the universe in . . . and Be . . . Grateful . . . in the spirit of Thanksgiving.

Visioning

My Thanksgiving Gift to You

Oprah said she used a vision board to energetically support Obama being elected.  Visioning, I think, is the new “power word” for our times.  How else can we transcend, let alone cope, with such tremendously significant crises?

I have been visioning long before I knew the metaphysical and motivational meaning and purpose of the word.  When I was a child I used to make “daydreaming lists” of what I wanted, and since I would spend hours daydreaming (now known as shamanic journeying, visioning, visualizing, energetically transmitting, manifesting, inner journeying, and tuning in) anyway, I would, without knowing what or how I was doing it, co-create my experienced reality.

The Miraculous Way to Transcend Karma

Visioning transcends karma, and literally allows us to work with light as creating.  Visioning engages our heart and soul and allows our mind to free itself to partner creatively with us.  Visioning returns us to limitless possibility, as Obama said, “Yes we CAN!”

So here are my tried and true top ten steps to successful visioning:

1.  Say out loud standing in front of a mirror, and fully daydream about what you want, not what you don’t want.

2.  Describe what you want in the present tense, not the future or possible tenses (i.e. don’t say “would”).

3.  Answer in your description the following questions: Who, What, Where, When, Why and How is this (desire)happening?

4.  Picture an indestructible line completely connecting your present desire with the presentation of your vision – merging the future and present into one universe, and you in the center.

5.  Fully experience all the feelings associated with the manifestation of your vision, understanding this is the primary creative energy that will create it.

6.  Write on a sheet of paper in the left column a complete list of why you think at the moment you don’t have your vision; then on the right column, list each point as its exact opposite, and, when you’ve finished, tear up the left column and throw it away, saying out loud, “I CHOOSE THIS OUTCOME”.

7.  Make a list of ten things you can do within three-six-twelve months to demonstrate your commitment to carrying out your vision, and completely track completing your commitments.

8.  Picture your sense of the divine extending full love, support and blessing to manifesting your vision, asking for your vision to be “this or something better to fully support and express the highest good”; and then let it all go, understanding you have freed it to create itself as an expression of your highest consciousness.

9.  Fully and with all your heart, thank your sense of the divine for all that this vision provides to you, and all that it correspondingly supports through its manifestation.

10. Review this process for five to ten minutes every day.

Accept Your Heart

The Essential Guideline to Healing and Wholeness

The heart as a metaphor carries a number of critical dimensions.  It exists as an inviolate spiritual center, meaning no matter what happens to its bearer, it has the capacity to continue. 

To me the essential guideline to healing and wholeness is to hold true, no matter what, to accepting your heart.  The central challenge is to know what your heart feels, wants and needs; and then commit to staying true to these guidelines.

The Spiritual Center of Unconditional Love

We have been taught for countless millenia to do the opposite, accepting the delusion that this is necessary in order to survive.  Nothing could be further from the truth. 

Hearts as metaphors are spiritual centers of unconditional love that are supremely reality-based.  By that I mean that hearts have the capacity to know all the dimensions of acknowledgment and consideration that really exist - emotional, mental, physical and spiritual.

Opening Our Intuition

Hearts carry a significant dimension that we have also been taught to fear, manipulate and deny - our intuition.  To recover our innate intuition offers an additional whole advantage to understanding and choosing beyond the analytical, with its own guidelines, style of communication and particular function. 

Here is an exercise for you to try:

Open Your Spirit

Settle back, allow your body to take a most comfortable, relaxed, aligned and supported position, close your eyes, and take several deep, regular, cleansing breaths.  Imagine your breath is your released, free innate spirit.  For these next several breaths, each and every time you inhale and each and every time you exhale, say the word "spirit" to yourself. 

Imagine your breath deepens even more.  For these next several breaths each and every time you you inhale and each and every time you exhale, say the word "open" to yourself.  Then for these next several breaths, when you inhale say the word "spirit", and when you exhale say the word "open" to yourself.

Receive from Your Heart

Imagine you are allowing and directing your spirit to open, and that your opening spirit is your intuition.  Simply enjoy the experience and this inner journey. 

Ask your opening spirit to lead you into your heart.  Experience all that unfolds and speaks to you here, allowing it to bring you, in its way, to a place that feels like a place of completion.

Offer Your Gift in Return

As this occurs, imagine your heart asks you to accept it unconditionally as an central expression of love, with your opening spirit as the bridge.  When you're ready, say to yourself, "I accept my heart", and see what happens.

Then slowly and easily allow your flowing breath to bring you, in its endless, easy rhythms, back and back to full, waking consciousness, and open your eyes.  Record all that's happened here.  

What's Next Within the Larger Scope of Meaning?

Consider how all that has happened for you now has been a process of healing and integration.  What wants to happen next?  Allow your open intuition to respond, and record whatever occurs.

We live in a peaking, intense, extended time of transformation and opportunities to grow and integrate in expansive ways beyond what has been possible before.  May we all accept and welcome the challenge, and may it lead to our own and the world's wellbeing.
